My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were in good shape and looked brand new, which was great for my family of 5. However, they felt crowded and a bit outdated. The service was a bit of a letdown with the room smelling like smoke in a non-smoking room and some staff being rude about deposits. On the bright side, they were very accommodating with our late check-out request. The location had its perks with convenient access to the Queen streetcar, but there were some downsides like being near a streetcar yard with loud noise and encountering homeless individuals asking for things nearby. The dining options were quite limited and unappealing, though the afternoon tea was a decent touch. As for facilities, they were okay. Overall, there were some highs and lows during my stay.
